Crust 888
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, chilled
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 lg egg
1 lg egg yolk

2 cups all purpose flour
macadamia crunch 8888
1/2 cup unsalted macadamia nuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp plus
1 tsp light corn syrup

2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
chocolate sauce 8888
4 oz bittersweet chocolate, such as valrhona, chopped
1/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream

How to prepare

Assembly: 6-8 very ripe bananas 2 tbsp sugar-in-the raw 6 scoops best quality vanilla bean ice cream make the dough for the crust: in a lg mixing bow, cream the butter.
