Tuna Potato Chip Casserole


10 oz can sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 cups boiling water and mushroom juice
1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
7 oz can drained solid-pack tuna, broken up
1 1/4 cups crushed potato chips

How to prepare

Drain mushrooms and add to water to make 2 1/2 cups, then add to soup mixand boil 7 minutes. Meanwhile, brown mushrooms and onion in hot meltedbutter, about 2 minutes. Stir in flour, then a little bit of the soupmixture. Add this mixture to the soup and cook until thickened. Stir intuna, corn and half the chips. Spread in casserole dish and sprinkle chipson top. Cook 15 minutes at 450 F.
