Thyme lamb chops


8 lamb chops, about 1″ thick
3 tbsp chopped fresh thyme or 2 tsp dried
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

How to prepare

Put the lamb chops in a glass or ceramic dish. In a small, bowl, mix the other ingredients . Rub seasonings into both sides of the meat, cover with plastic and marinate for 1-2 hours at room temp. Or up to 24 hours overnight in refrigerator. On a hot well-oiled grill, cook the lamb chops for about 15 minutes, turning once or twice, until browned on the outside and still a little pink inside.
