Tex-mex tabouli salad


1/2 cup bulghur, soaked in water to cover 3 hours
1 med. Onion, chopped
1/2 bunch fresh chopped cilantro
2 jalapenos, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup cubed feta cheese

1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
juice of 2 lemons
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, crushed

How to prepare

Drain and discard water from bulghur. Combine all and chill several hours.
