Tartar sauce


1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tbsp onion, very finely chopped
3 tbsp kosher dill pickle, minced
1 stalk of celery, very finely diced
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
1 anchovy, minced
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice

How to prepare

Combine all ingredients in the order given. Blend well. 2. Cover and refrigerate. Sauce will last for up to 2 weeks.
