Ingredients
2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dried tarragon
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp plain low fat yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
How to prepare
1. Combine tarragon vinegar, mustard and dried tarragon in small bowl. 2. Add yogurt and mayonnaise; stir until well blended. Spread over fish. Bake or microwave seafood. 3. Alternative method; serve over cooked seafood such as leftover grilled or cold poached seafood. Makes 6 servings. Sauce for 1 1/2 lbs. Seafood.
