Szechwan shrimp


24 shrimp 16-20’s, peeled & deveined
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/2 cup green onion – minced
4 tsp garlic – processed
1/4 cup fresh ginger – minced
soy mixture
1/3 cup dry sherry
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cups catsup
1/3 cup chile sauce
1 tbsp red pepper flakes

How to prepare

Heat oil in saut pan, add shrimp and cook for two minutes (until 1/2 way done). Add green onion, ginger and garlic and saut until shrimp are just done (be sure not to overcook). Add soy mixture and cook until heated.
Serves 4.
