Swiss fondue


2 cups coarsely grated swiss cheese
2 tbsp flour
Clove garlic to taste (i only use a pinch)
1 cup dry white wine
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

How to prepare

Heat wine to simmering over hot water (double boiler). Coat cheese with the flour and stir into the wine. Mix in garlic, mustard, and worcestershire sauce. Serve in a fondue pot (keeping it warm) with white or rye bread.
