Ingredients
2 cups uncooked rice
1/4 tsp salt
2 2/3 cups water
How to prepare
Wash the rice 2 to 3 times, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, stir. Cook with 2 2/3 cups water. Boil for 3 minutes, then pour off water. Cover and continue cooking over low heat for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
