Spicy cajun game hens


2 (20-oz each) cornish game hens, cut in half lengthwise
14 1/2 oz can cajun style stewed tomatoes
2 green onions, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
