Ingredients
2 lb chicken parts
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup flour
2 med zucchini, cut 1/2″ pieces
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp basil, fresh
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup drained canned tomato wedges
How to prepare
Rinse chicken parts and pat dry. Mix celery soup with flour. Combine all ingredients in crock-pot, stir thoroughly to coat chicken. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours. Yield: 4 servings
