Slow cooked lamb with vegetables & herbs


Ingredients

4 tbsp butter or margarine
4 small onions, peeled and sliced
4 lb boneless lamb shoulder or breast, cut into 2″ cubes
2 lb small new potatoes, scraped 8 baby carrots, scraped
8 baby turnips, peeled
3 tbsp flour 1 cup beef bouillon
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 bay leaf
1 pkg. Frozen green peas
