Ingredients
4 slices swordfish, each 1/2″ thick
salmoriglio
bread crumbs
olive oil
salmoriglio 8888
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
juice 2 lemons
4 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1 tbsp chopped italian parsley
1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
salt, pepper
How to prepare
Marinate swordfish with 1/2 salmoriglio (about 1/2 cup) 1 hour. Remove swordfish and lightly coat with bread crumbs saut
