Seafood pizza


1 lb fresh crabmeat or surimi (imitation crabmeat)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

How to prepare

1. Combine all ingredients, mix well.
2. Spread a thick layer (1/2″) on english muffin.*
3. Place in preheated 425 degree f oven for 8-10 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and bubbling.
* For larger pizzas, you can use a loaf of french bread, cut length-wise, or flat”boboli” bread.
Note: you can add extra mayo and serve crab mixture as stuffing for tomato or avocado half. Hot or cold, it’s equally delicious.
