Salsa ranchera


2 tbsp oil
2 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded
salt & freshly ground black pepper pinch of sugar
12 oz can of jalapenos, rinsed and chopped
1 tbsp vinegar heat oil in skillet.

How to prepare

Add tomatoes and cook down to thick puree. Season and remove from heat. Add chiles and vinegar, mix well.
