Salsa cruda


1 lg ripe tomato, cored, peeled, seeded and diced
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp fresh jalapeno pepper (approx. 1/2 small seeded pepper)
1-2 tsp lime juice
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp finely chopped fresh cilantro

How to prepare

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: 3./4 cup
