Roasted wild mushrooms


Ingredients

8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar
3 fresh rosemary sprigs, crumbled
3 fresh thyme sprigs or 1 tsp dried
4 cups large fresh wild mushrooms (such as shiitake, oyster or cremini)
