Roasted herb potatoes


12 new red potatoes, cut in half
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tsp dried parsley flakes

1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup olive oil

How to prepare

1. Place the unpeeled potatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle on all of the seasonings. Coat with oil and toss thoroughly. 2. Place the potatoes in a shallow baking dish and bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
