6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced green pepper
1 cup peeled and chopped tomatoes
2 stalks celery minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 cup tomato puree
1 cup beef stock
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 cup red wine
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper
