Portuguese chicken


2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 large bay leaf, crumbled fine
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red chile pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
4 chicken breasts, split

How to prepare

Combined first 6 ingredients into a paste. Rub this mixture into the chicken and refrigerate several hours. Grill over hot coals. Serves 6-8.
