Pop Over Pizza


1 lb ground chuck
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded american cheese
2 tbsp flour
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
2 eggs
dash of salt 1 cup milk

How to prepare

Brown together chuck and onion; drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, 2 tbsp flour, Italian seasoning, dash of salt, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Simmer a few min., stirring occasionally. Spread in a greased 9 X 13″ pan. Sprinkle American and mozzarella cheese over meat. With mixer, beat together eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt until smooth. Pour over cheese.
