Polenta


Ingredients

1 cup coarse yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 1/2 cups water

How to prepare

In 3 quart casserole combine all the ingredients . Cover tightly and cook on high (100% power) for 5 minutes; stir. Cover again and cook on high for 4-7 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed, stirring once again.
