Pasta with spicy chicken & tomato


1/4 cup herbed olive oil*
1/2 lb chicken tenderloins, sliced in half and dusted with flour
1 cup fresh mushrooms, cut into quarters
1/2 each green, red and yellow peppers, cut into strips

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh roma tomatoes, diced
2 tsp fresh minced garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup white wine
1 1/2 cups cooked penne pasta
2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
