Oyster rice stuffing


1/2 cup onions minced
2 cup celery minced
3 tbsp parsley minced
1/2 cup butter
2 pt oysters, well drained
5 cup rice cooked in chicken stock
3 cup bread crumbs, toasted

1 tbsp poultry seasoning
salt, pepper to taste
2 eggs well beaten

How to prepare

Cook onions, celery and parsley in butter until tender. Add oysters and cook until edges just begin to curl. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Toss lightly w/ fork until well combined. Fill turkey cavity w/ dressing. Enough for 12 to 16 lb turkey..
