Ingredients
2 tbsp dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp water
2 tsp honey
4 chicken thighs, skinned
4 drumsticks, skinned
salt
freshly ground pepper
Bread crumb coating (look up)
How to prepare
Stir mustard, water and honey together in small bowl. Trim off fat from chicken pieces. Coat each piece with mustard mixture. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Dip in bread crumb coating to coat with even layer of crumbs. Brush off excess and gently pat crumbs in place. Place chicken, meatier side up, in lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake in center of oven at 400
