Orange salsa


2 oranges, peeled, cut in 1/2″ pieces
1 onion, red, small, chopped
1 chile, jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice, fresh
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano, dried, leaves, crushed

How to prepare

Combine salsa ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
