Ingredients
1 2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)
4 oz unsweetened chocolate (melted)
2 eggs
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup allpurpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
How to prepare
Preheat oven to 350*. Stir sugar, butter, chocolate, eggs, water, and vanilla vigorously in a lg bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in nuts. Spread into greased 13×9″ baking pan. Bake for 18 to 22 min. or until toothpick/fork inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool in pan on wire rack for 45 min. before cutting and serving.
