4 lemon slices
salt and black pepper, vegetable oil
4 coarsely grated onions
few saffron threads
1 tsp ginger powder
2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1 cup water
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander (powder)
1 tbsp parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 oz almonds saut
