Mexico marinade


1 1/2 cup beer
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 lg garlic cloves
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp tabasco pepper sauce
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin

How to prepare

Process all ingredients in a food processor blender until well combined. Marinade can be stored in a one (1) pint covered jar in the refrigerator for up to three (3) days. Can be used as a marinade for beef, pork and chicken. Makes two (2) cups.
