1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs or herb stuffing (I use Parmesan flavored)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg

How to prepare

Mix ingredients with hands. Shape into 20 1″ balls. Bake in an ungreased oblong pan in a 400 degree oven until light brown, 20 – 25 minutes
