Lowfat blue cheese dressing


1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1/2 cup yogurt or 1/2 cup milk plus juice of 1/2 lemon
Approximately 1/3 lb blue cheese
1 tbsp horseradish
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped or pressed

How to prepare

Place all the ingredients except half of the cheese in a blender process until Smooth add the remaining cheese pulse the blender to coarsely chop the cheese.
