Lo- cal ranch dressing


1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tbsp modified food starch
1 tbsp dry parsley, crushed or
2 tbsp fresh parsley, snipped

How to prepare

Measure mayonnaise into medium bowl. Gradually stir in buttermilk. Add dry ingredients and mix with a whisk until smooth. Refrigerate to thicken and blend flavors. Add additional buttermilk (2 or 3 tbsp. To thin later if desired) yield: 2 cups
