King ranch chicken


2 broilers, cut up
12 med corn tortillas
1 med onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp butter
2 cup cheddar, shredded
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 cup soup, cream of chicken
1 cup soup, cream of mushroom
16 oz tomato, stewed

How to prepare

Simmer chicken in lightly salted water until tender. Remove chicken pieces from water and reserve broth, let chicken cool slightly, then skin and bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Soak tortillas in broth about 15 minutes. Saut
