5 pounds Coarse Ground Pork Butt
1 1/3 tablespoons Salt
1 1/3 tablespoons Ground Coriander
1/8 tablespoonCoarse Ground Black
5 each Cloves pressed garlic
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 cup Cold water

How to prepare

Add 2 tsp crushed red peppers for HOT sausage Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties
