Humos bi taheenie – sesame & chick pea dip


1 sm can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup taheenie (sesame seed paste)
1/2 cup lemon juice
salt to taste

How to prepare

1) combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until pureed
2) serve with pocket bread
