Grilling marinade


2/3 cups soy sauce
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp dry, ground mustard
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp onion, minced
4 tbsp molasses
1/3 cup olive oil

How to prepare

Put soy in a small bowl. Whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic and onion. Add molasses and olive oil mix well. Marinade meat in refrigerator. Turn 4 times in 24 hours. You will get satisfactory results marinating for eight you’ll not be disappointed at 36-40 hours. Makes (1 cup)
