Greek shrimp


1 lb large shrimp, peeled
4 cloves garlic
1 lb can plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fish broth or shrimp shells boiled in water
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1 tsp greek oregano

2-3 tbsp capers
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup ouzo, plus additional 1-2 tsp after broiling
1/2 cup bulgarian or french feta, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare

First, peel the shrimp and if you make the fish broth, put half the shells in 1/4 cup of boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Saut
