Greek pasta with sun dried tomatoes


1 each red, green, yellow peppers
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup black olives (kalamata)
1/2 cup sweet onions (red or white)
1/4 cup pine nuts
4-6 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp ev olive oil
1 tbsp fresh basil (1/2 tbsp if dried)
8 cups cooked pasta

How to prepare

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add sun dried tomatoes until softened(about 2 minutes). Drain, slice thinly, and set aside. Slice peppers in thin strips and saut
