Goulash, hungarian style


3 tbsp butter or margarine
3 cups thinly sliced onions
4 med potatoes, peeled & quartered 1 1/2 lbs. Chuck, rump, or round beef, cut into 1″ cubes
2 1/4 tsp salt
4 1/2 tsp paprika

1 cup water

In a large skillet, over medium high heat, melt the butter and cook the onion until golden – 5-6 minutes. With a slotted spoon remove the onion to the slow cooker. Place the potatoes on the onion. Add meat to the skillet and saut
