Ingredients
2 tbsp ginger, fresh, peeled & coarsely chopped
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce, light
Cayenne pepper, to taste
1 tbsp sherry
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup oil
How to prepare
Blend ingredients in blender or processor. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
