Fried shrimp toast


Mix thoroughly:
1 lb shrimp, shelled and minced
1 tsp minced ginger;
1 tsp wine
1 tsp salt
1 egg white
1 tsp cornstarch

How to prepare

Trim and quarter: 8 slices thin bread.
Place small mound shrimp mixture on bread. Press lightly to adhere. Deep fry, shrimp-side down, then bread-side down until golden. Drain/towel.
