Ingredients
3 lb raw shrimp, peeled
1 red onion, chopped finely
1 clove of garlic, mashed
2 bell peppers, chopped
4 eggs
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper
4 dashes tabasco
milk
How to prepare
Mix all the above except milk and shrimp. Pour the mixture over shrimp and add enough milk to cover and stir well. Refrigerate over night. When ready for cooking, drain them and dredge in flour or light batter and deep-fat fry.
