Fried dill pickles


8 dill pickles, cut into medium thick slices
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup beer
1 1/4 tbsp paprika
1 1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 1/4 tbsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
hot pepper sauce to taste
oil for frying

How to prepare

Mix together all ingredients except the pickles. Dip the pickle slices into the batter and drop into the hot oil until the pickles float to the top (about 4 minutes).
