Curried rice salad


3 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 cups celery
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/3 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp curry (or more to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp celery seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce

How to prepare

Mix ingredients together and pour over rice. Toss.
