Chinese salmon


1 lb salmon fillets, skinned, boned, and cut into strips
3 spring onions chopped
1 cube chopped ginger
1 chopped green chili
black pepper to taste
1 egg
1 tbsp cornflour
1 glass water
1 glass sherry or white wine
2 tbsp chili and garlic sauce (heinz makes a bottled one)
dash of sesame oil

Dash of soy sauce

How to prepare

Marinade for 30 minutes in the marinade mixture. Remove from the marinade and stir fry with vegetables.
When the salmon is cooked, add soy sauce to taste and serve.
