CHILI RELLENO


Ingredients

3 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 sm can chilies, chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp flour

How to prepare

In glass casserole alternate cheeses and chilies. Mix eggs, milk and flour and pour over cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Great served with Spanish rice, refried beans and chips.
