Chile papaya couscous


1 (10 oz) box couscous
1 med red bell pepper, seeded, cut into small dice
1/2 ripe papaya, seeded, peeled, cut into small dice
1/2 med red onion, cut small dice
3 to 4 green onions, thinly sliced

2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
2 to 4 tsp hot red pepper sauce
1 tbsp minced fresh thyme
1 tbsp minced fresh marjoram
3/4 tsp salt

How to prepare

Prepare couscous with boiling water according to package directions. Put couscous into a large bowl; fluff with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings. Makes 4 to 6 servings
