2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp water
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1 med clove garlic, pressed
Sauce:
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp peanut butter, either regular or crunchy
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/8-1/4 tsp hot chili oil
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch plus 2 tsp water
