Champagne habanero vinaigrette


2 cloves garlic, minced
1 scotch bonnet, seeds and stem removed, minced
1/4 cup champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tbsp orange juice, fresh preferred
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp dijon-type mustard
3/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground cumin
freshly ground black pepper

How to prepare

Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well. Allow to sit for an hour to blend the flavors. Yield: 3/4 cup. Heat scale: hot
