Carne asada


1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 tsp dried leaf oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp cider vinegar

How to prepare

Place steak in shallow baking dish and brush each side with oil. Combine remaining ingredients except orange slices. Pour over steak, cover, and refrigerate several hours, turning occasionally. To cook, preheat charcoal grill. Drain meat, reserving marinade. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side, for medium rare. Spoon marinade over steak as it cooks. After turning once, serve hot.
